Note: NIA Memberships will be checked. To add an NIA Membership, select "continue shopping" at checkout.
To minimize paper, we are utilizing FormConnect, an online portal to collect camper registration and required forms.
After clicking the registration link below, you will log-onto FormConnect.
Previous Camp Families
Use your account from last year.
If you forgot your user name or password, you can reset it. After logging in - follow the 2-stage verification.
NOTE: The code will be sent to either the email or cell phone on file. Check your spam folders.
Once in the system, verify your child/children profile is attached to yours.
New Camp Families
You will need to create an account.
Follow the prompts to set up your account then follow the 2-stage verification to finalize account set up.

Once in the system, create your parent profile and add your child/children to it.

STEP 2
CLICK "Select Spot" to pick session then
CLICK "Add to Cart"
STEP 3
Click Back to Program to Add additional Sessions or proceed CHECKOUT
Unfortunately, our system doesn't have the ability to add multiples of the same product.
This is because you need to assign the sessions to a specific child.
Please add all sessions/children before checking out.
Note: In order to receive the discounted NIA MEMBERSHIP pricing, 2022 NIA Memberships must be paid prior to the start of camp.
