Music Under the Stars w/ Shagbark and the Solar Jive Hootenanny

This is a music event you won't want to miss! 

Come down to the NIA on Friday August 20th for Family Fun Night - Music Under the Stars w/ Shagbark and the Solar Jive Hootenanny.

Yep you heard that correctly! Given their sound, their name is actually pretty informative. Folksy, as in hootenanny. Natural, as in shagbark. Danceable, as in jive. And electrified for the 21st century, as in solar.

Shagbark and the Solar Jive Hootenanny is made up of Nichols very own Durand Brothers and Zephyr..

Betzy's Latin Flavors of the Trumbull Farmers Market will be onsite selling her tasty emapandas to keep your bellies full. 

We will be on the gazebo lawn, so BYOB, blankets, chairs, drinks & snacks.

Gates will be open all day. Come down and enjoy the grounds, playground and lawn.

Lawn games will be available starting around 6pm.

Feel free to bring your own as well.

Music starts at 7pm.

Our Musicians are donating their time, if you are having a good time, please throw then some $$$
